1. Who we are
LocalSky (“LocalSky,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Contact: support@localsky.app.2. Your account and access
- You need a valid Bluesky/AT Protocol account to use LocalSky.
- You must be of legal minimum age in your region (at least 13 in most locations).
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content and rights
- You retain rights to the content you post. You grant us permission to display, distribute, and adapt your content as needed to operate the app.
- Do not post content you do not have the rights to share.
4. Acceptable use (no-go list)
- No illegal content or activity; no harassment, threats, or hate.
- No sexually explicit content; no incitement to violence or self-harm.
- No spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading behavior.
- No IP infringement or unlawful distribution.
5. User safety, reporting, and enforcement
- You can block or mute other users. Reporting tools may be provided in-app; serious or repeated violations may lead to removal of content or access.
- We may remove or refuse content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Third parties and Bluesky
- Authentication, identity, and content storage/serving rely on Bluesky/AT Protocol and are subject to Bluesky’s own terms and policies.
- If you use external links or third-party services, their terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Advertising and analytics
- LocalSky may use analytics/crash reporting. No ads are currently shown. If ads are added later (e.g., Google AdMob), ad services may receive device identifiers, coarse location (from IP), and performance data, subject to platform consent rules.
- If required by platform rules, we will honor consent choices and platform policies for ads and tracking.
8. Service changes and availability
- Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
- We do not guarantee availability, performance, or that content will remain accessible.
9. Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalSky disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or platform policies. You may stop using the app at any time.11. Age and restricted content
